About Attorney Kovacs Attorney Robert Kovacs was born and raised in Worcester County. He holds a bachelors degree from Fairfield University and a law degree from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School. Attorney Kovacs handles consumer bankruptcy matters. He believes that everyone is entitled to a fresh start and the opportunity to get their finances back in order. Attorney Kovacs is licensed to practice law in the Massachusetts State Courts and the Massachusetts Federal District Courts. Attorney Kovacs provides pro bono legal services through Legal Assistance Corporation of Central Massachusetts. On a monthly basis, Attorney Kovacs visits a Worcester County homeless shelter to provide legal assistance to the shelter’s residence. Additionally, Attorney Kovacs handles select cases on a pro bono basis.
