Typical fees in consumer cases are as follows:

Chapter 7:

                                Filing Fee:                                            $299

                                Bankruptcy counseling:                 $100

                                Homestead Recording Fee*:      $35

                Chapter 13:

                                Legal Fee**:                                      $1,500 - $2,000

                                Fining Fee:                                          $274
