Holiday Foreclosure Moratorium.
Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac have announced that they will impose a moratorium on foreclosures from December 19 through January 2.
Some large banks, such as Chase, Wells Fargo and Bank of America have announced similar moratoriums on mortgage foreclosures. However, for mortgages those bank service and not own foreclosures will still continue.
