Direct Air – Bankruptcy – I have tickets and do not know what to do

My family and I, like many of you are proud to be from Worcester. I have long attempted to spend my dollars at local businesses rather than national ones to help support our city. As such when my family and I were recently planning a Disney World vacation there was only one place to turn for airline tickets, Direct Air.

We paid for seats, and now the airline has stopped operating and we are left scrambling for new airfare. Of course, my family and I are furniture that our trip was not until summer vacation and we have time to look for alternative transportation.

But we and many of you will now have to buy more expensive air line tickets. For those of you that got stuck in Florida you may have had to spend money on an extra nights stay at a hotel, costly last minute airfare, and lost time at work. All of these are breach of contact damages which you may be able to recover money for.

Of course, the bankruptcy of Direct Air, makes collecting these damages much more difficult, if possible at all.

If you are a passenger affected by Direct Air, do not hesitate to contact me to discuss your case.
