Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Process

To reach these goals I will meet you in person (or on Zoom), obtain and carefully review financial records and prepare your bankruptcy case.
I do not take short cuts, and neither should you.
Most chapter 7 progress as follows:
- Set up an initial free consultation.

- Meet for your free consultation
- We will discuss your goals, finances and how bankruptcy will help you get a fresh financial start.
- We will come up with a plan for your case.
- First follow up appointment:
- You will provide your financial records and make your first payment.
- Second follow up appointment:
- We will review your updated and newly provided financial records and You will make your next payment
- Third follow up appointment:
- We will review your updated and newly provided financial records and You will make your next payment
- You will complete your required bankruptcy counseling.
- Forth appointment:
- Review your bankruptcy filing and file the case with the court.
- You will make your final payment.
- Zoom bankruptcy meeting with the bankruptcy trustee.
- About three months after your Zoom bankruptcy meeting, you will receive your bankruptcy discharge.
All cases are different and I will tailor your case to your specific needs.
